When Peter was in California in 1983, He was asked by Gerry Willburn what he might want to do while there and he replied that he wanted to see the Cunningham Museum (now defunct but that is another story).  Gerry arranged a tour for the group and for Peter to meet Briggs (both legends in their own time).  The picture was taken in the Museum.
 

An interesting aside to the picture is that some years later Gerry had this photo signed by Briggs  and in 1992 he took it to the Morgan meet in Wales to have Peter to sign it.  Peter had been hiding out a bit to escape the crowd but came into the tent Sunday morning and announced:
"Where is Barbara Willburn?  I understand she has a picture that I need to sign."
