Charles is responsible for the daily operation of the company and the development of the strategy required to place the Morgan Motor Car as the finest hand-built car in the world today.

Client relations are continually improved world-wide by collaborative working; no detail, however fine, is overlooked. Charles regularly tests the capabilities of his cars, by competing in the British Racing and Sports Car club and the British Racing Drivers Club sports car championship, which he has twice won.

Charles’ initial career within the media industry lead him from a publishing company specialising in the arts to a newsfilm cameraman for ITN, documenting the conflict in Afghanistan, to a co-founder and director of a TV facilities company. He has a wide experience of public speaking and has recently completed an MBA in Engineering and Manufacturing Management.
