The difference in the oil filters is primarily the diameter of
the screw on opening and the treads in the opening. (Some filters are
simply too large to fit the available space, but this should not be the case
for the Plus 4.) So you need to find one that matches what you have on
the car. Also, I would opt for a filter that includes an
anti-drain-back-valve. The anti-drain-back-valve prevents oil from
draining out of the filter when the engine is turned off. This can
happen if the car is used infrequently. A dry filter is not wanted
during start up. And, I believe cheap filters have cheap valves. (Race
cars are another story!)
